【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthegas-chromatographicdeterminationofnicotineincigarettesmokecondensates.ThesmokingofcigarettesandthecollectionofmainstreamsmokearenormallycarriedoutinaccordancewithISO4387.However,themethodspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardisalsoapplicabletothedeterminationofnicotineincigarettesmokecondensatesobtainedbynon-standardsmoking.NOTEIncountriesnotinapositiontousethegas-chromatographicmethod,referenceshouldbemadetoISO3400forthedeterminationoftotalnicotinealkaloids.Insuchcases,valuesobtainedusingthemethoddescribedinISO3400maybeusedwiththeadditionofanoteintheexpressionofresults.
