【摘要】:ThispartofBS5760givesguidanceonspecifyingtherequireddependabilitycharacteristicsinsystemspecifications,togetherwithspecificationsofproceduresandcriteriaforassurance.Theguidanceprovidedincludesthefollowing:—adviceonspecifyingquantitativeandqualitativeavailability,reliability,maintainabilityandmaintenancesupportrequirements;—advicetopurchasersofasystemtohelpthemtoensurethatthespecifiedrequirementswillbefulfilledbysuppliers;—advicetosupplierstohelpthemtomeetpurchaserrequirements.NOTE1Whilstmainlyaddressingsystemandequipmentlevelreliability,manyofthetechniquesdescribedinthedifferentpartsofBS5760mayalsobeappliedatthecomponentlevel.FurtherguidanceoncomponentreliabilityisgiveninBSCECC00804:1996.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotgiveguidanceonthemanagementofdependabilityprogrammesoronthevariousactivitiesnecessarytofulfilstatedavailability,reliability,maintainabilityandmaintenancesupportrequirements.Forthisgeneralguidance,seeotherstandards(seeAnnexA).NOTE3Safetyspecificationsarenotconsideredinthisguide.NOTE4Guidancefortheinclusionofreliabilityclausesinspecificationsforcomponents(orparts)forelectronicequipmentisgiveninBSEN61319.NOTE5Specificationsforthedependabilityofaservicearenotconsideredinthisguide.ThisincludestheprovisionofaservicesuchasthoseprovidedthroughPublic-PrivatePartnershipprocurements.
