【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61340describesatestmethodfordeterminingtheelectricalresistanceoffootwearusedinthecontrolofelectrostaticpotentialonpeople.Thisstandardissuitableforusebythemanufactureroffootwearaswellastheenduser.Amethodformeasuringtheelectricalresistanceoffootwearaloneisdescribedandservesasanacceptancetestfornewfootwear.NOTEAlthoughthisstandarddoesnotincluderequirementsforpersonalsafety,attentionisdrawntotheneedforallconcernedtocomplywiththerelevantlocalstatutoryrequirementsregardingthehealthandsafetyofallpersonsinallplacesofworkthatusefootweardefinedbythetestmethodofthisstandard.Insulatingfootwearisnotincludedwithinthescopeofthisstandardalthoughtheelectricalresistancemeasurementtechniquesmaybeapplicable.
