【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60534isintendedtopermitavarietyofpositioningdevices,whichrespondtoarotarymotion,tobemountedontheactuatorofacontrolvalve,eitherdirectlyorbyemployinganintermediatemountingbracket.Thisstandardisapplicablewhereinterchangeabilitybetweenactuatorsandpositionersisdesired.a)Thestandardizedmountinginthisstandarddefinestheinterfacebetweenthepositionerandapartoftheactuatorhavingarotarymovementproportionaltothecontrolvalvetravel.b)Thisstandardalsocoversthedirectconnectionbetweenthepositionerfeedbackandtheshaft(oritsaxialextension)ofarotarycontrolvalve.Insuchcases,thefeedbackrotationiscoincidentwiththevalveangulartravel.c)Thestandardizedmountingappliestothoserotaryactuatorsinwhichtherotarypartmentionedinitema)hasamaximumtravelof90°.Suchatraveliscoincidentwiththevalvetravelwhenadirectconnection(seeitemb))isperformed.d)Thestandardizedmountingisdividedintotwooptions.Figure1showsthebasicdesignanddefinestheminimumrequirementsanactuatormustfulfilltoadaptmostcommonpositioners.Theuniversaldesigninfigure2offersmorevariationsofpositioneradaptationandpositionerfeedbackconnection.Thepositionermanufacturershouldstatewhichmountingdesignisrequired.
