【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoself-propelledindustrialtrucksincludingmastedroughterraintrucks(seeISO5053:1987,3.1.3.1.8)withremovableandintegratedattachmentswitharatedcapacityuptoandincluding10000kgandtotractorswitharateddrawbarpulluptoandincluding20000N.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:—non-stackinglow-liftstraddlecarriers(ISO5053:1987,3.1.3.2.3);—stackinghigh-liftstraddlecarriers(ISO5053:1987,3.1.3.1.11);—truckspoweredbynaturalgas;—single-axleindustrialtrucks.2Aself-propelledindustrialtruck(hereinaftergenerallyreferredtoasatruck)isanywheeledvehicle—exceptonerunningonrails-designedtocarry,tow,push,lift,stackortierinracksanykindofloadandwhichiscontrolledbyanoperatorwhoeitherwalkswiththetruckorridesonaseatoronaspeciallyarrangedplatform.Apedestriancontrolledindustrialtruck(seeISO5053:1987,3.4.2)withastand-onoptionisapedestriancontrolledindustrialtruckforthepurposesofthisstandard.Astand-onindustrialtruck(seeISO5053:1987,3.4.1.2)withanauxiliaryseatfortheoperatorisconsideredtobeastand-onindustrialtruckforthepurposesofthisstandard.3ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthetechnicalrequirementsnecessarytominimizethespecifichazardslistedinClause4whichcouldoccurduringnormaloperationandmaintenance(inaccordancewiththedatagivenbythemanufacturerortheirauthorizedrepresentative)ofindustrialtrucks.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverthoserequirementstominimizehazardswhichmayoccur:—duringconstruction;—whenhandlingsuspendedloadswhichmayswingfreely;—whenusingtrucksonpublicroads;—whenusingaworkplatform.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotrepeatallthetechnicalruleswhicharestateoftheartandwhichareapplicabletothematerialusedtoconstructtheindustrialtruck.ReferenceshouldbemadetoEN292-2:1995.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoindustrialtrucksequippedwithloadhandlingdevicesfornormalindustrialduties,e.g.forkarmsorplatforms,orattachmentsforspecifiedapplications.Forkarms,loadplatformsandintegratedattachmentsareconsideredtobepartsoftheindustrialtruck.Attachmentsmountedontheloadcarrierorontheforkarmswhichareremovablebytheuserarenotconsideredtobepartoftheindustrialtruck.Forattachmentstheappropriateclausesofthisstandardareapplicable.5Whereindustrialtrucksarerequiredtooperateinsevereconditions(e.g.inextremeclimates,infreezerapplications,strongmagneticfields)specialprecautionsmaybenecessary.Thesearenotcoveredbythisstandard.6Fortruckswithanelevatingdriverpositionofmorethan1200mmand/ortrucksespeciallydesignedtotravelwithanelevatedloadofmorethan1200mmtheadditionalrequirementsofprEN1726-2apply.7Thisamendmentappliestotrucksputonthemarketafterthedateofpublication.
