【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestmethodscarriedoutundercontrolledconditionsforverifyingtheuniformityoftyresforpassengercars,commercialvehiclesandmotorcycles.NOTE—Lackofuniformityaroundatyreproducesvariationsinforcesappliedbythetyretothevehicleandthisinfluenceisrepeatedwitheachrevolutionofthetyre.Atthepresentstateoftheart,however,itisimpossibletomanufactureperfectlyuniformtyres.Arigidcontrolofthecompletemanufacturingprocesscanonlyminimisetheunavoidableimperfectionsofmaterials,componentsandprocessesaffectinguniformity.Methodsformeasuringthegeometricalrun-outofthetyreinbothradialandlateraldirectionsarecovered,aswellasmethodsformeasuringthefollowingparameters:—radialforcevariation;—lateralforcevariation;—plysteer;—conicity.Notallofthesemeasurementswillnecessarilyberelevantineverysituation.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincludemethodsformeasuringthestaticandthedynamicunbalancenormethodsrelatedtotyre-wheelassemblies.ThetestmethodsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardarenotintendedforthegradationoftyresorthedefinitionofqualitylevels.
