【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestmethodsfordeterminingthecharacteristiclongitudinalfrictionforcevaluesofpavedsurfacesusingeitherastandardreferencetesttyreorthetyreofavehicleundertest.Generaltestproceduresandtheirvalidityarepresentedfordeterminingpeak-andslide-brakingcoefficientsonactualtestsurfaces,wherethesurfaceconditionsaredeterminedandcontrolledbytheuseratthetimeoftesting.Testandtest-surfaceconditiondocumentationproceduresanddetailsarealsospecified.ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoprovidefortheharmonizationofresultsoftestingondifferenttesttracks.Thevaluesmeasuredwithstandardreferencetesttyres(SRTT)areintendedtoformstandardreferencenumbersindicatingthefrictionpropertiesoftesttracksandroadsurfacesthatarerepresentativeforpassengercartyres.Certainofthemethodsmayalsobesuitableformeasuringthefrictionpropertiesforaspecifictestcartyreonthetesttrack.Thevaluesquantifythepeak-,near-peakorslide-brakingcoefficientsatthetimeoftestanddonotnecessarilyrepresentfixedvalues.Thevaluesmeasuredwithreferencetyresareintendedasreferencenumbersindicatingcertainfrictionpropertiesoftesttracksandroadsurfaces.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.NOTE1Frictionisaffectedbymanyvariablessuchasenvironmentalconditions,usage,ageandsurfacecontamination.Measuredvalueswillchangewhenanyoftheseconditionssignificantlychanges.NOTE2ThemeasuredbrakingcoefficientvaluesobtainedwiththeproceduresstatedinthisInternationalStandardmaynotnecessarilyagreeorcorrelatedirectlywiththoseobtainedbyothersurfacecoefficientmeasuringmethods.
