【摘要】:ThisCodedefinesproceduresforfieldperformanceandacceptancetestingofhydraulicturbinesandpump-turbinesoperatingwithwaterineithertheturbineorpumpmode.ThisCodeappliestoallsizesandtypesofhydraulicturbinesorpump-turbines.Itdefinesmethodsforascertainingperformancebymeasuringflowrate(discharge),head,andpower,fromwhichefficiencymaybedetermined.Requirementsareincludedforpretestarrangements,typesofinstrumentation,methodsofmeasurement,testingprocedures,methodsofcalculation,andcontentsoftestreports.ThisCodecontainsmandatorytestrequirementsandvariousmethodsofmeasurement.WheremultiplemethodsofmeasurementandproceduresarepermittedbytheCode,priorwrittenagreementastotheselectedmethodsandproceduresisrequired.Thetestproceduresspecifiedhereinandthelimitationsplacedonmeasurementmethodsandinstrumentationarecapableofprovidingatotaluncertainty,calculatedinaccordancewiththeproceduresofPTC19.1andofthisCode,ofnotmorethan:(a)Power?.2%,(b)FlowRate?.5%,and(c)Efficiency?.0%.Wherefavorablemeasurementconditionsexistandbestmethodscanbeused,smalleruncertaintiesshouldresult.AnytestwithuncertaintiesgreaterthantheaboveshallnotqualifyasanASMECodetest.ThisCodecontainsrecommendedproceduresforindextestinganddescribesthepurposesforwhichindextestsmaybeused.ThisCodealsocontainsTablesfor(a)Accelerationofgravityasafunctionoflatitudeandaltitude;(b)Vaporpressureofdistilledwaterasafunctionoflatitudeandaltitude;(c)Densityofwateratagiventemperatureandpressure;(e)Densityofdryair;and(f)Densityofmercury.
