【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesbestpracticesandmethodsavailableforlimitingtheeffectsofmechanicalwhole-bodyvibrationonoperators’positions.Theguidelinesgivenoutlinepracticalwaysinwhichwhole-bodyvibrationhazardsassociatedwithmobilemachinerycanbereducedbymachinerydesign.TheTechnicalReportcoversfourimportantaspectsofthereductionoftheeffectsarisingfromexposuretohazardousmachineryvibration:a)identificationofmainsourcesandoperationalmodesproducingvibrationthatmightbehazardoustohealthandofadditionalfactorsworseningtheadversehealtheffectsofvibrationontheoperators;b)reductionofvibrationmagnitudesatsource;c)reductionoftransmissionofvibrationfromsourcetotheoperator;d)ergonomicadaptationofoperators’position:posture,rangeofvision.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotprovideuniversalordetailedtechnicalsolutionsbutonlyareviewofengineeringmethodsavailable.Itisnotconcernedwithhand-armvibrationwhichiscoveredbyCR1030-1.ThisTechnicalReportisprimarilyintendedasaguidelineforpeopleinvolvedinpurchasing,using,supplying,marketingorinspectingmobilemachinery.ItisalsointendedtobeaguidanceforwritersoftypeCstandardsforspecifictypesofmachinery.
